To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Operations Supervisor located in Juarez, South Site.
Reporting to the Production Manager the Operations Supervisor is responsible for leads multiple production lines in a highly technical manufacturing environment, ensuring operational excellence, efficiency, and quality compliance and driving performance aligned with customer requirements in an electronics manufacturing environment, particularly focused on AI server production.
What a typical day looks like:
Responsible to produce several processes/lines in a highly technical environment.
Lead a team comprising individual professional (e.g. engineers/officers) to meet quality, cost, delivery and responsiveness requirements.
