Take the lead with Metro Supply Chain as a Midnight Shift Operations Supervisor in Mississauga. Elevate safety and operational effectiveness while meeting customer demands during night shifts.
As the Operations Supervisor, you will be accountable for the overall operational flow during midnight hours. Ensuring safety, effective scheduling, and quality standards for product handling will be your primary responsibilities. Engage with employees and clients to foster positive relationships and promote improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage labor schedules aligned with production targets
• Conduct shift briefings and foster communication
• Monitor and ensure completion of tasks with quality
• Assess departmental performance and report KPIs
• Provide mentorship and coaching to team members
Requirements:
• Five years’ experience in distribution, preferably in 3PL
• Minimum of two years in a supervisory capacity
