Operations Supervisor

This role will be key in ensuring proper execution of operations, high-quality customer service, and achievement of commercial goals in both car rentals and pre-owned vehicle sales.Location: La paz, Baja California Sur (new Branch opening)Responsibilities:Supervise teams of 5 to 10 employees across operations, sales, and customer serviceEnsure a high-level customer service experienceResolve operational issues and ensure productivity at the point of salePropose and implement commercial strategies to drive branch profitabilityMonitor performance indicators (KPIs and NPS)Coordinate administrative activities with corporate departmentsRecruit, train, develop, and evaluate team membersEnsure compliance with processes, internal policies, and quality standardsSupport operational activities when requiredRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in leadership and sales rolesExperience in industries such as retail, banking, hospit...
