Job Description Operations Supervisor manages daily online order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and warehouse logistics, ensuring timely delivery and high customer satisfaction. They lead warehouse teams, optimize picking/packing processes, and resolve operational bottlenecks to meet sales goals. 
Order Fulfillment Management:  Supervise the entire order cycle from picking, packing, to shipping, ensuring accuracy and speed. 
Warehouse & Logistics Coordination:  Coordinate with 3PLs or warehouse staff to optimize inventory storage, organization, and shipping processes. 
Team Leadership:  Lead, train, and motivate front-line associates, managing staff schedules and performance to meet daily targets.
