The role involves managing teams that support HR, Workforce Management, HCM, Time and Payroll, and AI-driven HR solutions , ensuring service excellence and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate has at least 3 consecutive years of experience as an Operations Team Lead , with strong leadership skills and excellent English communication.
