Position Title: Operations Team Lead / Operations Executive  
Working Location: Tuas South (Transport provided from JE/ Pioneer MRT) 
Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 8am – 5.30pm) 
Salary Package: Basic + Bonus  
Duration: Permanent Role 
 Key Responsibilities  Oversee daily facility operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality chemical blending and production. 
Plan, coordinate, and manage daily production activities to meet schedules, targets, and operational requirements. 
Ensure blending and manufacturing processes run smoothly, efficiently, and cost-effectively. 
Manage manpower, resources, and workflow to support production needs. 
Monitor and enforce compliance with safety, health, environmental, regulatory, and company standards.
