Operator B (EN)

Are you an experienced operator who looks beyond just the machine and enjoys maintaining an overview of the production process? For our production site in Roermond, we are looking for an Operator B who plays a key role within our Operations department.

In this position, you will work in an industrial environment where safety, quality, and continuous improvement are central. As an Operator B, you ensure that the production process runs optimally and according to schedule. You combine technical expertise with process insight and contribute not only operationally but also in a coordinating role within the shift team.

You monitor progress, make adjustments where necessary, and support fellow operators in carrying out their tasks. You have a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and safety, and you are able to identify and resolve deviations in a timely manner.
