Responsibilities:
Operating forming and finishing machines
Performing 100% self-inspections by production workers on the formed radial shaft seals
Assembling springs and packaging radial shaft seals
Complying with quality standards and initiating appropriate measures in the event of deviations
Recording production process data in the relevant IT system
Qualifications:
Physical resilience and willingness to work in a three-shift operation
Practical professional experience in a production environment
High level of commitment and flexibility
Independent and structured way of working
Communication and teamwork skills
German language skills, both spoken and written
