Job Description

Scope of Role:

  • To build electro mechanical assemblies to technical drawings, SOP’s and CMM’s 
  • To inspect and test finished products to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • To upgrade and repair electro-mechanical assemblies. 
  • To maintain equipment used in electronic assembly

    • Main Duties/Responsibilities

  • Electro-mechanical assembly work to drawing and/or CMMs.
  • Electro-mechanical work, fan/motors and or heaters to drawing and/or CMMs.
  • Use basic hand tools and measuring equipment. For example, torque drivers, micrometers and verniers
  • Assemble parts or units according to specifications, ensuring they meet quality standards and function properly, including drilling, tapping, reaming, countersinking, filing, lapping, buffing, lubrication etc. Connect cables and wires according to specifications.
