Operator Process Plant

• Perform all work activities with the highest regard to industry safety standards;

• Operate, monitor, and maintain processing plant equipment safely and efficiently.

• Ensure production targets and quality standards are consistently met.

• Conduct routine inspections, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance of machinery.

• Accurately record and report production data and operational issues.

• Collaborate with team members to support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Assist with loading and material handling as required.

Requirements to be successful in this role:

• Previous experience working in gold, nickel, manganese, or base metal processing plants;
