+ Operate equipment safely and efficiently to support production targets
+ Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on machinery
+ Monitor materials and report any irregularities or safety concerns
+ Support loading, hauling, and stockpile management as needed
+ Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a strong safety culture
