Job Description
- 1 year contract (renewable)
- $3,000-$5,000
- Mon-Fri, 8am-5.30pm but need to be ready 24/7
- Changi Naval Base (Shuttle bus service available at selected MRT station)
- Perform monitoring, analysis and escalation of real-time operation events.
- Monitor various alarm alerts, activation of response team and prepare reports upon completion of operation.
- Perform as MAC first responder for any systems defects
- Perform inbound and outbound calls/group chat for defects coordination
- Updating of PM/CM logs
- Any other duties/jobs assigned by supervisor.
