What You’ll Do

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and procedures for advanced optical components in alignment with product requirements and industry standards. Lead, mentor, and grow a high‑performing team of test engineers, fostering a collaborative engineering culture. Design, develop, and debug test fixtures, automation frameworks, and electro‑optical measurement systems across a broad component portfolio. Partner closely with hardware design teams to embed testability early in the product development lifecycle. Collaborate with product and process engineering to perform root‑cause analysis and implement effective corrective actions for component failures. Champion continuous improvement in test methodologies, processes, tools, and lab infrastructure. Serve as a subject‑matter expert in optical component testing, providing technical guidance to cross‑functional stakeholders. Qualifications
