Manage day-to-day operations of the Vision Centre at Walmart, located in Terrace, BC. This role emphasizes customer satisfaction and compliance with professional standards and regulations.
As the Vision Centre Manager, you will report to the District Manager for professional services while focusing on developing the optical business. You will be accountable for achieving sales budgets, managing wages, and fostering valuable relationships with Optometrists and healthcare stakeholders. Your role is critical in ensuring exceptional customer experiences and maintaining a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct the daily operations and performance of the Vision Centre
• Achieve sales goals while managing financial oversight
• Collaborate with Optometrists and healthcare representatives
• Assess and process written prescription orders accurately
• Uphold provincial and federal guidelines in eyewear dispensing
Requirements:
• At least 16 years old
