Responsibilities- Apply advanced frame adjustment techniques such as polishing and integrating fixed nosepads to maintain high-quality eyewear standards
- Continuously improve refraction skills through ongoing training
- Manage daily retail operations eg. stock inventory control, maintaining store cleanliness
- Deliver consistent, brand-focused customer service and support business growth
- Uphold Kaneko Optical’s brand values by focusing exclusively on one lens brand and handcrafted frames without commission-based sales pressure
- Pre/Full-Registered optician (D+R) with the Opticians Board (OOB)
