About this Private Practice Opportunity:
A thriving, doctor-led optometry practice seeks a dedicated Optometrist to join its supportive team. This is a great opportunity for a motivated professional who values autonomy and a close-knit environment.
Schedule:
- Monday–Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Friday: 8:00am – 2:00pm
- Occasional half-day Saturdays (every couple of months)
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive base salary: $165,000–$175,000
- Earn bonuses based on a percentage of net revenue from your patients, including optical sales
- Sign-on bonus: $10,000
- Health insurance, dental insurance, and 401 (k)

- CE allowance
- Three weeks paid time off (PTO)
