We’re partnered with a leading consultancy delivering a major Public Sector transformation programme in Leeds. We’re seeking an Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Lead (Compensation & Benefits) to drive end-to-end delivery across Payroll, Pension, and Absence modules on a long-term engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM modules, focusing on Compensation & Benefits.
• Act as a subject matter expert for UK Payroll, Pension, and Absence processes.
• Partner with business and technical teams to define and deliver scalable, compliant solutions.
