Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM professional with 6+ years of hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM modules. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable and compliant HCM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support Oracle Fusion HCM implementations and enhancements.
- Configure and support core HCM modules based on business requirements.
- Perform functional setups including workforce structures, security, approvals, and workflows .
- Prepare functional design documents (FDD), configurations, and test scenarios.
