What are we looking for?
Skills Required
- 5+ years experience in Oracle DBA or Application DBA roles
- Strong SQL skills, including:
- Proven experience in production support environments
- Strong understanding of database performance tuning concepts
- Experience with AWS RDS (Oracle) or cloud-managed databases
- Ability to troubleshoot across database and application layers
- Experience working in agile/product engineering teams
- Experience with Java or backend technologies
- Experience with scripting (e.g., Python, Shell) for automation
- Familiarity with batch processing or job scheduling systems
- Act as the owner and champion of data quality standards across the organization
