Roles and responsibilities:
- Provide Delivery Oversight across company Delivery centers for Oracle Practice, ensuring high-qualityservice delivery and client satisfaction.
- Supervise a multidisciplinary team of Oracle experts, including developers, consultants, analysts, andsupport staff.
- Build a strong team environment, fostering collaboration, innovation, and professional growth.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Oracle projects, ensuring they meet client
requirements, timelines, and budgets. - Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
