🔹 Job Summary
We are looking for a senior, hands-on Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS Technical Consultant with strong experience in development, customization, and end-to-end delivery of Oracle EBS HRMS solutions.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Lead development and support of Oracle EBS HRMS technical solutions
- Design and build RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions)
- Develop complex PL/SQL packages, procedures, and performance tuning
- Work on BI/XML Publisher reports
- Handle integrations, data migration, and system enhancements
- Customize workflows and support Fast Formula changes
- Collaborate with functional teams for solution design
- Drive UAT, deployments, and production support
- Troubleshoot critical issues and provide quick resolutions
