The opportunity is with one of the leading Australian banks. The team operates across multiple geographic locations. Technologies utilized include Oracle WebLogic, OWC, JOLT, and SALT.
Responsibilities:
- - Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for applications on Oracle WebLogic Server and Tuxedo environments.
- - Monitor application health, analyze logs, and address incidents, service requests, and problem tickets within established SLAs.
- - Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement permanent resolutions.
- - Ensure system availability, reliability, and optimize performance.
- - Analyze business requirements to deliver application enhancements and resolve defects.
- - Modify and deploy services using JOLT and SALT integrations within Tuxedo environments.
