BAU Support & Maintenance
- Provide day-to-day support for Oracle EPM applications (FCCS & PBCS & NR)
- Monitor data loads, and scheduled jobs
- Troubleshoot and resolve application, data, and process issues in a timely manner
- Handle user queries, access requests, and incident management Work closely with finance stakeholders to understand requirements
Data Management & Processing
- Support data load processes (Data Management / FDMEE if applicable) Validate data accuracy across FCCS and PBCS applications
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close cycles
System Enhancements
- Implement minor changes (forms, reports, metadata updates, business rules)
- Support calculation scripts, business rules, and data integrations
