Job Description
- Provide day-to-day functional support for Oracle ERP systems, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Analyze user requirements and deliver tailored solutions, including system enhancements and custom reports.
- Develop and maintain reports using Oracle Report Builder and SQL.
- Support and optimize Oracle applications, ensuring performance, accuracy, and data integrity.
- Administer and maintain Oracle and SQL databases, including basic troubleshooting and performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with business users (Finance, Supply Chain, Operations) to improve system utilization and efficiency.
- Act as a key point of contact for ERP-related issues, enhancements, and user support.
- Support Microsoft Office tools and general IT-related user requests when required.
