About the Role The Oracle Finance Business Analyst is responsible for functional design, implementation, and support of new Oracle EBS functionality. The role involves partnering with business to understand and document processes, acting as a consultant to improve usage of existing system solutions. 
Responsibilities Lead Oracle R12 Financials solution design and implementation activities. 
Support day‑to‑day production issues, month‑end support, integration exports, change requests, and new projects. 
Document clear requirements, prepare functional design documents, monitor project progress, and test solutions prior to release. 
Research new functionality, troubleshoot problems, and raise service requests as needed. 
Drive finance transformation initiatives and continuous improvement programs. 
Occasional travel (5% of time, up to 2 weeks) to France.
