Must Have:  
Good understanding of Oracle Fusion Finance Implementation 
Understanding Pl/SQL packages. 
Responsible for carrying out requirement gathering, solutioning, build and support. 
Ability to analyze, understand and effectively communicate to end users. 
Work with offshore onshore model
