Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant with expertise in ERP, HCM, or SCM modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations, strong business process knowledge, and the ability to work closely with stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze business requirements and map them to Oracle Fusion capabilities
  • Configure and implement Oracle Fusion ERP, HCM, or SCM modules
  • Conduct FIT-GAP analysis and recommend best practices
  • Prepare functional and configuration documentation
  • Support system setup, SIT/UAT testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities
  • Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reports, and enhancements
  • Troubleshoot issues, optimize system performance, and provide user training

Required Skill

  • 5+ years of experience with Oracle applications
