Job Description
Experience & Expertise
- Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud , with strong expertise in Global Core HR, Compensation & Benefits, and Absence Management .
- At least 3 full implementation cycles in Oracle Cloud HCM Core module , covering both functional configuration and technical development .
Technical Skills
- Extensive hands-on experience with Redwood, Visual Builder Studio, Lookups, Value Sets, Work Structures, Security, Area of Responsibility , and HCM Process Configuration .
- Proficient in Designer Studio, BIP, OTBI, HCM Extract, HDL, and Spreadsheet Loader (Core module focus).
- Advantageous experience in Oracle Agent Studio , bi-directional payroll interfaces , and integration technologies such as REST API and SOAP .
