Oracle Fusion HCM Functional & Technical Analyst

We are looking for a highly skilled Oracle Fusion HCM Functional & Technical Analyst with strong expertise in supporting, configuring, and enhancing Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a balanced functional and technical background, with hands-on experience in system configuration, reporting, issue analysis, and solution delivery.

This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to drive continuous improvements, including patch validation and new feature implementations.
