Expertise in incident triage, troubleshooting, and functional analysis in production. 
Techno-Functional (Must Have) Working knowledge of:  HDL/HSDL 
HCM Extracts 
ESS / Scheduled Processes 
OTBI / BI Publisher 
Basic understanding of APIs (REST/SOAP) for troubleshooting 
  
Security/Workflow (Good to Have) Familiarity with:  Role provisioning / data security concepts
