The role involves leading end-to-end implementations, guiding teams through the full SDLC, and translating complex solutions into clear actionable insights for business and technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead implementation and support of Oracle Fusion HCM (Core HR, Absence, Recruitment, Talent Management).
- Drive client discussions on integrations, data migrations, and reporting.
- Conduct SIT, UAT, and Hypercare support.
