Oracle HCM Developer

Job Description
Insight Global is looking for an Oracle HCM Developer to join one of North America's largest Auctioneering companies. The day to day responsibilities are as follow:
Develop and maintain solutions across Oracle HCM Cloud modules including Payroll, HR, Recruiting, and related areas
Design, build, and deliver reports across various HCM functions (no specific module focus required)
Develop integrations, extracts, and reporting solutions to support business needs
Execute and support high-volume data loads and ongoing data conversion activities, including those tied to acquisitions
Work across all HCM modules to support system enhancements and data requirements throughout the year
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical recommendations, and ensure delivery aligns with business needs
Support ongoing HCM initiatives by building scalable and efficient data and reporting solutions
