Oracle HCM Functional Consultant (Core HR, Compensation, Talent Management & ORC)
Job Type: Contract
Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad (Hybrid)
Experience: 4+ Years
Notice Period: Immediate to 20 Days
Key Responsibilitie
s Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and conduct fit-gap analysis
. Configure Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud solutions based on business needs
. Design and support Core HR, Compensation, Talent Management, and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) processes
. Develop and execute test scripts, perform unit testing, regression testing, and support UAT activities
. Conduct prototype demonstrations, end-user training, and client workshops
. Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDD), Technical Design Documents (TDD), test scripts, migration documents, and support documentation
. Configure Workflow Approval Rules, Data Role Security, Checklists, and Design Studio personalizations
