Redwood Page Customization and Personalization using Visual Builder Studio (VBS) . 
Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM technical components, including: 
BI Publisher (BIP) Reports  
HCM Extracts  
OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence)  
Related HCM reporting and integration capabilities.
