Key Skills
- Oracle SQL (hands on troubleshooting, not just reporting)
- CA AutoSys job monitoring and JIL script creation/modification
- Operational troubleshooting in a production environment
- Experience documenting production failures and RCA
- Oracle PeopleSoft Financials (GL mandatory; AP preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 production support for Oracle PeopleSoft Financials applications
- Troubleshoot production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and document failures
- Support batch job scheduling and monitoring using CA AutoSys and JIL scripts
- Use Oracle SQL for data validation, issue analysis, and defect investigation
- Develop and modify AIX/Linux shell scripts for operational support and automation
- Support month end / quarter end close activities and finance operational processes
