and associated modules, ensuring smooth business operations and SLA adherence.
🔷 Key Responsibilities
Lead AMS functional support (L2/L3)
Handle complex business issues and escalations
Provide support across:
Item & Foundation Data
Inventory & Replenishment
Pricing & Costing
ReSA / ReIM
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues
Coordinate with technical team for data fixes
Support UAT
Guide business users and conduct trainings
Ensure SLA compliance and reporting
