Responsibilities:


• Responsible for leading knowledge acquisition during the transition phase and help in planning and streamlining the activities at Offshore

• Should be the primary owner for the various workstreams and help in delegating work among the team

• Help in establishing the processes for steady state execution of support and customer onboarding activities

• Provide System Architecture level guidance for the other team that will be responsible for bespoke system configuration and maintenance

• Establish synergies and standardize OTM solutions implemented across different customers



Requirements:

  • 9 plus years OTM experience; At least 3 Full life cycle implementations in mid to large projects across various industry segments;
  • Advanced SQL knowledge required in addition to XML, XSL, BI Publisher; Strong functional system configuration skills are req...
