Job Description
Process Sales Orders and Return Orders timely and accurately.
Provide guidance to the sales Teams on sales order submission requirements.
Verify order documentation and ensure orders comply with pricing guidelines, HQ Sales Policy, Leasing Guidelines, and corporate governance policies.
Coordinate delivery and collection arrangements with Sales, warehouse teams, and third‑party logistics vendors.
Manage manual closure of selected order lines in the ERP system when automation is not applicable.
Machine Movement Activities
- Trial machine requests or relocation requests Sales/ADM.
- Short‑term loan request raised by STO/Sales.
- Miscellaneous machine‑related movements requests submitted by business units.
- Other ad‑hoc machine movement activities.
Monitor revenue release reports and ensure timely upload of contract documents into the relevant system for billing.
