Overview

The Role: Order Management Administrator

  • Process and validate customer orders in the system with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Monitor order status and proactively resolve issues related to delays, inventory, or system discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and customer service teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of order transactions.
  • Communicate order updates and resolutions to internal stakeholders and customers.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to operational excellence initiatives.
