The Order Management Staff is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end order processing cycle, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely delivery. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, resolving complex order issues, and supporting process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full order lifecycle from order entry to delivery of equipment to warehouse or direct to site.
- Review and validate customer orders for accuracy, pricing, and compliance with company policies.
