We are recruiting on behalf of a leading windows and doors specialist for a detail-oriented Order Processor to join their team in Hertfordshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional Order Processor with strong administrative skills and experience in the fenestration or construction industry. The Order Processor will play a key role in ensuring all customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately process customer orders, including dimensions, materials, and special requirements
Liaise with internal teams to clarify order details and specifications
Ensure all orders are entered correctly into the order management system
Coordinate with manufacturing and installation teams to ensure timely production and delivery
Maintain accurate records of orders, amendments, and updates
