- At least 1–3 years of experience in OD-related functions.
- Exposure to employee engagement, training, or HR analytics.
- Experience supporting organizational programs or projects.
- Basic knowledge of OD concepts and HR processes.
- Strong coordination and organizational skills.
- Data gathering and basic analysis skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and systematic.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Team-oriented and adaptable.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
- Support Organizational Development Programs
- Assist in the design and implementation of organizational and employee development programs aligned with business needs.
- Coordinate activities that support workforce capability development and organizational effectiveness.
