Organizational Effectiveness Officer


  • Contributes to the OD plans and programs that are aligned to the OD strategy to improve overall organizational performance and effectiveness.
  • Identifies, diagnoses, and plans initiatives that would address organizational/job design or process issues to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Provides guidance to HRBP and their accounts across a spectrum of OD interventions—including organization assessment, organization design, job design, process engineering, and change management.
  • Recommends designs and organizational assessments that fit the situation and scope of the transformation challenge with the use of research, exploration, education, and hypothesis formation.
