Summary:

The BASC Lead Educator and Bus Driver is responsible for delivering the BASC Care and Education Program, compliant with My Time Our Place, to our busy BASC and Vacation Care Programs. They are responsible for leading the BASC team, creating and implementing a curriculum, developing programs, ensuring the program is adequately resourced, maintaining records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and organizing events and activities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage BASC educators and trainees and ensure adherence to policies and procedures
• Create and implement a curriculum that promotes child development
• Maintain accurate records of enrolment, attendance, and child’s progress
