The Outbound Lead Setter is responsible for proactively contacting prospective and existing customers on behalf of the company Heating, Cooling & Plumbing to generate booked service appointments. This role serves as the first point of contact for many customers and is expected to represent the company brand with professionalism, warmth, and clarity. The position operates primarily via outbound phone calls, and all confirmed appointments are booked directly in ServiceTitan.
