WE ARE HIRING – SALES REPRESENTATIVES

Location: Constantia & Benoni
Working Hours:
Monday – Friday | 08:00 – 17:30
One Saturday per month & occasional overtime
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly sales targets
Handle inbound dialler calls professionally
Present and promote products to potential clients
Conduct client needs analyses and cross-sell where applicable
Capture and update all sales information accurately on CRM systems
Generate and log referrals
Resolve client queries and fix sendbacks efficiently
Follow up on outstanding and pipeline business
Minimum Requirements:
Matric Certificate
FAIS Compliant
Clear criminal record
Minimum 1 year telesales experience
Advantageous:
Call Centre Sales experience
Short / Long-Term Insurance experience
