Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Sell products and services to potential and existing customers
  • Serve as the primary point of contact of customers for the delivery of the service sold
  • Address customer concerns via phone and/or email

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 months experience in customer service or technical support in a BPO setup
  • Willing to work in the night shift with flexible schedule
  • Willing to work on an ON-SITE setup
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications such as but not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in the field of Sales and Telemarketing in a BPO setup
  • Proficient in Client Conflict Management
  • Good interpersonal skills
