Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to support outbound calling initiatives for Auto and Home Insurance. This role focuses on engaging prospective and existing customers through an automated dialer system to generate qualified follow-up opportunities for licensed advisors. The ideal candidate is sales proficient, confident on the phone, customer-focused, and motivated by performance targets.
Location: Markham, Ontario (onsite)
Rotating Shifts: Monday - Friday 8:00 am–8:00 pm; Saturday 8:30 am–4:30 pm
