Wing Assistant is looking for a highly driven Outbound Cold Caller who thrives on prospecting and opening doors with new potential clients. You will conduct high-volume outbound cold calls, identify leads, and schedule meetings for the sales team.
The ideal candidate has 1-3+ years of experience in cold calling and lead generation, is comfortable making 50-100+ calls daily, and possesses strong communication skills. The position offers a monthly salary of $800-$1,000 along with performance-based incentives.
