Partners with assigned business units to provide full life-cycle staffing support, including sourcing quality candidates, conducting pre-employment interviews, evaluating candidates, and assisting in closing offer acceptance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES •Consults with hiring managers to understand their long and short term staffing needs and to understand the scope of the position(s) needed to be filled. Gathers candidate qualifications, such as job knowledge requirements and technical skills.
• Creates/updates job postings based on conversations with the hiring manager.
